About T.T. Teddy

About the Author

I write for the ones who have had to turn their pain into something beautiful.

I’m a poet, creator, and single mother of two daughters. So much of my writing comes from the parts of life that are hard to talk about: heartbreak, healing, grief, identity, resilience, and learning how to keep going when everything feels heavy.

For a long time, I thought the parts of myself I was afraid to face made me weak. Over time, I learned that those same parts held some of my deepest strength. My work is about looking into those reflections instead of running from them.

My poems are pieces of my heart. Some came from wounds that were still fresh, and others came from the quiet moments after, when I finally understood what life was trying to teach me. I write with the hope that someone else will read my words and feel a little less alone.

When I’m not writing, I’m raising my daughters, creating, dreaming, and trying to build a life that feels honest and meaningful. They are my reason, my heart, and a part of everything I leave behind.

I believe softness is not weakness, healing is not a straight line, and even the deepest scars can become part of something beautiful.

Medusa’s Mirror is my debut poetry collection and the beginning of sharing those reflections with the world.
